35 years old with a menstruation question?
I have my annual next month, so I do plan on talking with my Dr. Just getting some info here. I am 35, have had 3 live births, 6 miscarriages and 1 ectopic since 1993. My last 2 births were csections and I had my tubes tied with my last, 2 years ago. I also have a family history of Ovarian cancer that my Dr and I keep an eye on with ultrasounds. I started my period when I was 9, and have always had very heavy,even clotted flow for 5-7 days. I have had menstral migraines and hot flashes for years. Since my last baby, my flow has been lighter, less clots and I have had MAJOR PMS; something I had never dealt with in the past. The past 2 cycles have been almost nonexsisitant. This time my cycle started with brown blood, as if it were old blood, it never really did more that what I would call a heavy spotting and lasted for 3 days. Am I already starting to go through menopause? What else could this severe fluctuation be?

I have a migraine every month either before,during,or at the end of my menstral cycle. Nothing has helped!!!?
I have had a menstral migraine , every month, for the last 13 years. I feel like i live at the ER. I have been to every OBGYN and neurologist I can think of, and no luck. Has anyone out there had this, and did u find a cure? please help me
