Migraine Cluster Headache

Still unsure of what it is?
I've been having pains in my right eye since September or August of 2008. They start off like a mild headache, but instead of effecting my head they effect only my right eye, and then gradually the pain gets worse. When the episode of pain is occurring my right eye feels larger and harder than the left and a little bit of pressure on the eye seems to help some. There's no nausea or sensitivity to light, and only once was my vision distorted. In April I went to see a general practitioner to find out if it's just migraines or something else. The doctor wasn't sure. She referred me to an ophthalmologist just to make sure it wasn't something eye related and gave me a sample of Imitrex (didn't work for me). In May I saw the ophthalmologist. She said that she did not see anything wrong with my eyes and said that it's either cluster headaches centering on the optic nerve or migraines. As soon as I find a doctor or ophthalmologist in my area that will accept my insurance (just moved) and can afford it I'll see what they have to say. But until then, any ideas on whether it's migraines, cluster headaches or something else?

Why do i keep having dreams about my head hurting?
ever since i was about 13 (i'm 24 now) i would have these dreams. and in all of these dreams i would be doing something, then all of a sudden my head would hurt so bad to the extreme, that whatever i'm doing i fall to the ground, and i can feel the pain, it hurts really really bad. Just this night i had this dream again where i was at work then all of a sudden my brain just starts hurting to the point where i lose control of my body and just fall to the ground in pain........i know this sounds crazy but it just keeps happening like once every 6 months. If anyone has ANYTHING with any info on this i would appreciate it...thanks......
